Palestinian PM Abbas

Putting it all in perspective.

At the opening of the Gaza-Egypt border, does he thank first the U. S. Secretary of State who forced the Israelis' hand? Does he thank the Israelis for their concessions to the border security? Does he thank the EU for risking their lives agreeing to monitor the border? Does he thank the U. S. Congress and the American people for funding ALL of the border crossing security procedures and for the last ten years dwarfing all other foreign aid to the Palestinians? Does he perhaps first thank the Egyptians for agreeing to work with the distrusted PA?

No, he does none of these things.
Financier of Munich '72, lest we forget...

Standing at Rafah, Abbas said, "The achievement we're celebrating today belongs first and foremost to the martyrs, wounded, prisoners and all Palestinians who have sacrificed in this struggle."

That's right. He first thanked those who blow themselves up to kill Jews.

Palestinians Rule MESA

From Sandstorm

Excellent analysis of the farce that is MESA by Martin Kramer.

Four papers on Saudi. 59 on Palestinians.

Christmas Extravaganza!

Have to see it - and hear it - to believe it. yowza.

With Republicans like these...

Who needs Democrats?

RINO Chairman

RNC attacking the conservative candidate in standard kneejerk, opportunistic, morally questionable fashion.

First quarter mil of the 06 cycle is spent against a conservative Republican. Nice going morons.

Novak on the GOP

Scary look ahead for the R's.

“Republicans in Congress envision their own doom. The antidote to avoid that fate is to keep as far away from President Bush as possible.” -- via Wonkette

Simply to govern, Bush must turn it around, and soon.
