Campaign Thoughts

BC 04 seems to have effectively set the subject of the election as "National Security is the most important job of the president." Wise because this is the key issue that the nation does prefer Bush to handle. But it also makes it quite difficult for KE 04 to change the subject – are they going to make the argument that National Security is not the most important issue of the presidency?
